Darryl received his degree in business from Georgian College, and has actively engaged in finance and business consulting since 1987.
Darryl has successfully completed the necessary educational requirements for the Investment Funds Course, The Labour Sponsored Investment Funds Course and The Branch Managers Course from the Investment Funds Institute of Canada.
Darryl has also fulfilled all requirements and completed the prescribed examinations of the Insurance and Financial Advisors Training Course becoming qualified to serve the public in the capacity of life underwriter as awarded by the Canadian Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (CAIFA).
Darryl holds the Registered Financial Consultant (RFC) designation which is awarded by the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants (IARFC) to those financial advisors who can meet the high standards of education, experience and integrity that are required of all its members.
Darryl is one of Canada’s first Financial Advisors to complete a comprehensive course on priority senior issues in November 2002. The Society of Certified Senior Advisors, a national organization that has trained over 8000 professionals, conducts the course. This educational initiative will help Darryl to become a professional leader in meeting the key needs and issues concerning senior citizens.
In his free time Darryl, his wife and 3 children enjoy camping, fishing and hiking.
